Warrina Services is a disability support agency which provides individual support services to people with a disability in their home or local community. Warrina Services is a non-government,  not-for-profit organisation, and has been operating in Toowoomba since 1986.

The objectives of our organisation is incorporated into the organisations Strategic Plan, and the practices undertaken by all Employees of our organisation are pursuant to Warrina Service’s Policies and Procedures.

Warrina Services strives to promote the individual’s potential for optimum growth and personal fulfilment, which can be encouraged by making life conditions and experiences as normal as possible. Ultimately, Warrina Services works towards community support, acceptance and integration. We ensure individuals are fully informed enabling the individual to feel empowered and to contribute in the decision making processes affecting their lives. 

In the delivery of support services, Warrina Services complies with the Queensland Disability Service Standards, and provides transparent and accountable processes and practices to ensure that we uphold the rights, privacy and confidentiality of people with a disability in our community.
